Products
EnergyGauge
Summit offers hourly simulations for conducting
commercial building energy analysis. Summit
is currently offered in three versions:
- FlaCom - for Florida energy code compliance
- Premier - for LEED building ratings and
federal tax deductions
- ComFree - for certified Florida raters

Licensing
All
EnergyGauge Summit
software is sold with either
an annual or 3-year single-machine
license agreement. Single-machine
license means the software may be installed on only
one machine at any given time. Users must renew
their license after it expires to continue using the
software.
Discounts
There is a 10% discount for purchasing a three-year license. There is also a 10% discount for purchasing five or more new licenses at one time in the same order. For customer's convenience, these discounts will be shown during the order process.

Summit Premier Edition |
Includes FlaCom capabilities plus LEED, ASHRAE reference building creation including the Building Performance Rating Method in Appendix G. EnergyGauge Summit Premier is qualified software for calculating energy savings for the energy-efficient commercial building tax deduction under Internal Revenue Code §179D.
