Products
EnergyGauge
Summit offers hourly simulations for conducting
commercial building energy analysis. Summit
is currently offered in three versions:
- FlaCom - for florida energy code compliance
- Premier - for LEED building ratings and
federal tax deductions
- ComFree - for certified florida raters

Licensing
Each
piece of FlaCom software
is sold with a single-user
license agreement, which means that the software
may be installed on only one machine at any given time.
The FlaCom code software is sold with a three-year license
and the Premier and ComFREE rating software are sold with a one-year
license.

Reports qualification for the U.S. Energy
Policy Act tax deductions for whole building
energy savings. EnergyGauge Summit Premier as qualified software for calculating energy savings for the energy-efficient commercial building tax deduction under Internal Revenue Code §179D. |

Summit FlaCom 2004 Edition who wish to upgrade
to Summit Premier Edition will be charged only
the price difference. Once
you upgrade, your license will be valid for One
Year. (You can also purchase upgrade
license for your copy of the software by clicking
on the Help Menu in the program.) |

Availability
FlaCom Code software
is available to anyone. No annual license fee is charged
for FlaCom software and the software is applicable until
the next code change cycle (normally every three years).
ComFREE Rating software
will be sold only to Certified Raters. There is
an annual license fee equal to the purchase price for ComFREE
software. For information on becoming a Certified Rater
